About Robert Wycoff

Robert Wycoff specializes in residential, commercial, and investment properties, and he’s located in Pasadena, California. He has over 20 years of experience in health care management and development, including leases, tenant improvements (TIs), property management, and healthcare licensure. Rob was a principal at Practice Partners, where he formed and ran the firm’s medical center development and management programs. He was also a director at Oak Tree Medical Center.

 

As a real estate professional, Rob strives to truly understand each client’s needs to align their real estate strategy with their broader business or investment plans. His real estate philosophy is easy: Golden Rule Client Care. Simply stated, he believes in treating every client the way he’d want to be treated in an identical situation. Rob received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles, majoring in history and political science. Rob also enjoys spending time with his family. They’re very involved in their community at Alverno Heights Academy, the Altadena Town and Country Club, and Sierra Madre Little League. They enjoy hiking, golfing, and traveling to the Central Coast!
