About Lisa Tan

With a strong interest in diversified investments especially in real estate, 
Lisa started in 2013 working as an income property investor and 
property manager in the the greater Los Angeles area before
becoming a licensed Realtor®. She was a seasoned designer by 
trade with design and marketing background from Otis College of 
Art and Design. Over the years, she has obtained some invaluable 
experiences, enabling her to share these insights with her clients 
when guiding them through listings, purchasing, and leasing their 
properties. She understands and resonates with some of the common 
concerns that many homeowners and homebuyers share. Having been 
in their shoes personally, learning from past experiences and viewing 
through their perspectives have enabled her to better understand 
and serve her clients.

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin has helped her connect 
and serve people from different cultures and backgrounds. She is
dedicated to helping people maximize their real estate goals through
effective strategies, creative marketing and problem solving.

Lisa strongly believes that integrity and honesty is the core foundation
of building any relationships.
